JONATHAN AROESTY
President and Founder
Jonathan has over 30 years experience in television production and has been involved in hundreds of television shows, including annual awards shows such as The Academy Awards, The Emmy Awards and The Grammy Awards. A decade ago, Jon was instrumental in successfully changing the way video playbacks are performed for live and taped productions. He introduced the use of digital non-linear technology, by overseeing the development of specialized software programs for use in conjunction with digital playback servers. More recently, as the one of the principals of Pronology he has once again revolutionized the industry by realizing the promise of the tapeless environment within television productions. Pronology is poised to be at the forefront of this industry.
BILL MATZ
Managing Partner and Founder
Bill Matz has 37 years of experience in the video production and distribution arena. In 1988 Bill became Synrco’s lead video editor. He edited commercials for such clients as American Express, IBM, Buick, Duracell and Hardee’s. In 1996 he was named President and CEO. In 2006 Bill was a founding partner in Where’s My Media, he now serves as CEO and Managing Partner at Pronology.
PAUL DELLAFIORA
Business Development, Marketing Director
Paul has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He started in the music business where he led the touring and live events department at Island Def Jam and Capitol Records, working with hundreds of artists, including Bon Jovi, Radiohead and Coldplay. Then he became VP Content at Clear Channel Online, where he managed music for over 800 radio station websites. Paul joined Wheres My Media in 2010 and with Pronology in 2013 as head of Business Development and Marketing.
